Welcome, readers (at least I hope there are readers).
I would like to start off by talking a little about a favorite older game that I feel does not get enough love or people playing it. The game is The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, a Hack 'N Slash RPG (roll-playing game). It has a small, cult-like following, but don't let that scare you, they like to help people who are new to the game, like http://www.uesp.net/ an extremely complete wiki on the game. http://www.tesnexus.com/ is a hub of mods for the game, you have to create a free account, but that's worth it to get some of the addons. Be sure that if you mod you download Oblivion Mod Manager, if you aren't sure how to extract and place the files. Now, I would like to talk about some easy gamer foods that aren't messy, but are tasty and easy to make.
Smoothie formula
1/4 cup of either (or a mix, equaling 1/4 cup)- Yogurt, Extra Soft (silken) Tofu, Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup of either (do not combine)- Juice, Milk, or Soy Milk
2-3 Peices- Soft Fresh/ Canned Fruit, eg, peaches, bannanas, plums, ripe pears
1/2 cup frozen fruit- berries, ect.
blend first 3 ingredients to make a base, then add frozen fruit, when blended until there are no lumps, if it doesn't have a milk-shake consistency, add ice and blend until it
Quesadilla Formula
2 Flour or Corn tortillas
a good handfull of shredded cheese ( a taco or mexican blend is best (the shur-fine brand has a particularly good taco blend)),
Left over sliced chicken or steak (optional)
Sour Cream, Salsa, Guacamole (optional)
microwave or use a pan to melt cheese in between tortillas, then top with optionals
Snack mix formula
1 part bite sized cookies
1 part mini pretzels or other hard snack (bagel chips, pita chips, ect)
1 part chips (ruffles, tortilla chips, lays)
1 part cerial (crixpix, chex, ect)
mix all and eat.
